- is not the item, design or size you ordered.
Send us your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send you a free return label and a replacement.
Other returns (wrong size or color chosen, change of mind): accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition, with a 40% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Lost package: if the carrier loses your order, we will reship it at our expense or give you a full refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. How quickly they appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

How long will it take to get my order?
Every item is made to order just for you. Production (handling) usually takes 1-3 business days, then:
- Continental US: 3-7 business days in transit (USPS).
- International: 7-20 business days in transit (UPS), depending on your country and customs.
You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. During holidays and peak seasons, please order early.
How much does shipping cost?
United States: $4.99 for orders up to $30.99, $7.50 up to $49.99, $9.00 up to $74.99, $11.00 up to $99.99, and free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
International: $9.99 for the first item plus $6.50 for each additional item.

Which size should I order?
Our classic t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts have a roomy unisex fit. Ladies' styles are cut slimmer, so you may want to size up. Please check the size chart for exact measurements of each style before you order.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in the condition you received them.
- Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item: we replace it free of charge and send you a return label. Just email us a photo of the problem.
- Wrong size, color or change of mind: returns are accepted with a 40% restocking fee, and the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link and your local post office, since packages are sometimes held there after a missed delivery. If your US order has not arrived within 30 days, or your international order within 45 days, contact us and we will reship it or give you a refund.
