Frequently Asked Questions
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
For delivery in the continental US before Christmas, order by December 8. Items are printed to order in 1–3 business days and USPS takes 3–7 business days; holiday volume can add a few days.
Do you have ugly Christmas sweaters?
Yes. Many Christmas designs come on a crewneck sweatshirt or pullover hoodie, so you get the ugly-sweater look with a soft, washable fit.
Can I return a Christmas gift?
You can return unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded free; for change-of-mind returns a 40% restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping.
