HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE?
Most of our products are unique and made to order, such as personalized mug. Therefore, the fulfilment time includes both the production time and the shipping time.
Barring extraneous factors, the handling time is generally 1-3 business days. The shipping duration within the continental US is usually 3-7 business days. For international shipments, the delivery time varies between 10-14 days.
(Saturday and Sunday are not viewed as standard delivery/transit days.)

Order above $100 : Free shipping
International Shipping: $9.99 for the first item + $6.5 per each additional product to the rest of the world.

We use UPS USA. UPS uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 7-20 business days and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.
WILL THERE BE ANY DELAYS IN MY ORDER’S DELIVERY?
We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Therefore, we have made suitable arrangements to deliver all orders on time. However, there may be some delays in order fulfilment due to Force Majeure that are beyond our control. Here are some factors that may cause delays:
- Holidays
High volume of orders during the US and international holidays, especially during peak seasons, can lead to production delays.
- International Orders
While we can ensure prompt production and shipping from our end, we do not have control over local government regulations. If your order is subjected to customs processes, it may encounter a slight delay, which can extend the fulfilment time.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We always make it a point to ship all orders on priority so that they reach you on time – even print-on-demand products like custom blankets. However, we urge you to place your orders at least 30 days before the gifting occasion, be it a Mother’s Day gift, Father’s Day gift, or other gift.
If your product has not arrived in time, please verify with your nearest post office once. In most cases, the shipment is sitting there due to missed deliveries.
